復活節快樂,今天吃hot cross bun盤 🐣
「復活節象徵春天、新生命⋯」 喜歡 @a_day_one_step 分享的這段話,感覺是再次注滿希望的一天。
一日一步的麵包真的好好吃,在麵包中可以聞到、嚐到自然的麵香是在吃麵包時最享受的。烤過之後表層香香脆脆,裏頭還是保水軟彈,復活節限定的十字水果麵包中間,竟然還包有乳酪和果乾❣️

配上今天的highlight —— 小銅鍋果醬 萊姆蜜糖柑橘、草莓薄荷胡椒 🥹✨ 吃著吃著,就忍不住想多說兩句⋯

今天特別著迷於萊姆蜜糖柑橘。一入口,整個嘴裡都是柑橘明亮又清透的香氣。最讓人驚艷的是,能感受到果皮的精油氣息,卻完全沒有白色纖維帶來的苦澀。再覆上一層淡淡的蘭姆與蜂蜜香,和瑞克達起司、新鮮山羊乳酪拌成的抹醬融合在一起,無論是抹在麵包上,或搭配多汁的無花果,都好美味。

草莓薄荷胡椒也是我的摯愛。更濃厚飽滿的紅色果實滋味,還吃得到原生草莓的果肉感。和一般草莓果醬最不同的是,它層層展開的風味,先是草莓的甜潤,接著一點點胡椒的輕微辛辣在喉頭輕輕點亮,最後再伴隨著薄荷的香氣與涼感,悠悠地留下清涼餘韻。
今天的盤,單獨享受麵包,或是抹著果醬和乳酪,都非常享受 🥨

“Easter symbolizes spring and new life…” Loved this line from @a_day_one_step . Feels like one of those days that fills you back up with hope.
Their bread is seriously so good. That natural wheat aroma you can smell and taste is honestly my favorite part about good bread. Toasted till lightly crisp on the outside, soft and moist inside, with cheese and dried fruits tucked in the center ❣️
Paired with today’s highlight ✨ B de L jam, Citrus Rum Honey, and Strawberry Mint Pepper
The citrus one is my favorite of the day! It’s bright and clean, with that peel oil aroma but no bitterness, layered with a hint of rum and honey. So good with ricotta, goat cheese, or figs.
The strawberry mint pepper is another favorite.
Deeper, fuller berry flavor with real strawberry texture, sweet strawberry flavor at first, then a gentle peppery kick, finished with a cool minty note.
Today’s plate was one of those simple joys, whether just enjoying the bread on its own, or with jam and cheese, every bite felt satisfying. 🥨
