每天做早餐前第一件事!就是先選器皿,看看今天是什麼心情、可以怎麼和今天的擺盤來設計搭配?
為自己選一個器皿與杯,就好像是開啟一天的小小儀式感。
不知不覺,這件事已經很自然地形成在我的生活中,很開心今天可以再次從這個角度來延伸思考 🥰

而今天,想走一個清爽、清透的感覺,想做一盤可愛、亮眼的沙拉,那就是你啦!

最近想做沙拉的時候,都會想起這罐小銅鍋鳳梨香草迷迭香🍯 Mozarella,清爽型的奶香,配上鳳梨香草迷迭香,想當然爾的好搭佐,有時想讓腦袋放放鬆的時候就想來點這樣自然安心的舒服。

不過沒想到,今天隨手搭配的一顆小蜜柑,和鳳梨竟疊加出雙重層次的酸甜,一則來自柑橘那俐落帶有一絲果皮苦韻酸甜,二則是鳳梨的厚實與酵素感酸甜,先是在嘴裡形成強烈的對比!再接著與Mozarella結合,散發出鮮亮又柔和的酸、香、甜⋯真有趣!

好期待,下次來玩玩柑橘調性的果醬💫
也想來再試試不一樣的鳳梨香草迷迭香創作。

☕️ 鍋煮古樹香料奶茶

First things first: before I start making breakfast: pick my plate and cup! It kind of sets the mood for the day.

Today, my thought was going for something feels bright, clean, and a little playful, and built my salad around that.
So, here you go!

Lately, I’ve been reaching for this pineapple, vanilla & rosemary jam 🍯 whenever I make a salad. It just naturally goes so well with fresh, milky mozzarella.
it’s what I’ll go for when I don’t feel like overthinking the pairing.

But today’s little surprise was this tiny mandarin I threw in 🍊 With the pineapple, it created this really fun contrast! A sharper, slightly bitter citrusy kick, layered with that juicy, mellow pineapple sweetness.

At first it pops, then it all softens together with the mozzarella. Bright, gentle, and super refreshing…

Now I kinda want to play around with more citrusy jams next time 💫
